Overall, I had a positive experience, but the car I was given seemed in rough mechanical shape. I was able to drive it without any problems, but as I was driving in some remote areas without cell reception, I was nervous about the prospect of breaking down. The staff was very friendly and had the car ready to go before I walked in the door.
Had several great experiences here recently. Was so pleased with the customer service and was in and out quickly each time thanks to Maurice's willingness to multitask. Way better than paying higher fees from the airport I will definitely use them again. Thanks Maurice!

I had to drive cross country for the second time in 6 weeks for my move from Virginia to California, and had driven my car the first time, then came home to pack the house and get my dog and girlfriend for the trip. I had requested a large SUV and received a nearly new Ford Expedition EL...it was the perfect vehicle for this 3000 mile, 6 day trip. I got a fantastic price from Priceline and was greeted very warmly by the attendant. I ended up keeping the car 1 more day without issue or excess fees and returned the car at the 24 hour LAX drop off. It was the easiest check in and check out I've experienced in a long time. I'll never make that drive again, but I will always go with Budget
This was a very pleasant experience and the customer service was excellent. Lydya, the representative, provided extraordinary customer service and was very personable. She is the right personality for this career. I will certainly come to this location when I need to rent another car. Don't get rid of Lydya, she is super!!!
