I trust these folks. Yelp reviews seem to imply that one should talk to the head guys at Greg's. This could be true, as that's what I have done the three times I've been there. They have been unfailingly polite each time. Parts seemed a bit costly, but when I checked online, they had provided best price for decent quality. Last time, I was in for exhaust & catalytic converter. But, when I get in car, the radio starts up. It had shorted out 10 years ago (I have 2001 Camry) and I had to remove the fuse. Not only had they fixed it for free, they hadn't even bothered to mention anything. Heck yes, I recommend them!
On our way home, our car started acting funny. We pulled into Greg's and are very happy with the service. We were afraid it was the trans, but it was the brakes. They worked on it right away for us. Thanks!

I had some work done here, no issues at all. I'd go back over an over but I get my parts atleast a couple hundred dollars less then what his parts cost,lol.
He was honest, pleasant, and got the job done.
We drove back down to Washington and brought to car to Leo at Greg's.
He explained that there might be more to the repair than I originally thought. He worked on the car and showed us the brake/bearing/caliper/hose issues. He was able to fix the car and we were able to go home that day.
I had the pleasure of finding Greg's shop when I discovered my BMW had a coolant leak. After researching and gathering several estimates I went with this shop. Service from a operational standpoint as well as Customer service were too notch. My car was repaired in 24hrs, they added a few extra features "just to make me happy", seriously a quote and I feel confident in their work. I'm very thankful to have found Greg's and would recommend them to anyone.
We had car trouble in Fredricksurg VA on a Sunday. There were no car repair shops open. We had our car towed to Regan National Airport and rented a car so we could continue to NY as my husband had surgery on Monday. I searched the Internet and came up with 10 repair shops to call. I called several explaining our problem, what I thought was wrong (the break caliper etc). I called Greg's and spoke to Leo. He said if we could get the car to him before 12 noon he could do his best to finish that day. Other shops could not even give me an appointment or any idea of how long to fix (including the Hyundai dealer).
I bought my car back to get a new alternator replaced an was gonna be charged 235.00 for a new one which I went to autozone an got a new one for 124.00, then he was gonna charge me 200.00 an hour for labor cause I got my own part as I always do, then I came back at 1pm to get my car an I couldn't turn my steering wheel. They made so many excuses to get me back to lose more money. I'd watch these guys now especially the older short uy with glasses, he's a crook.
