Dr. Tran and the rest of the staff are the best Dentists! I have been coming here since I was a kid and I have had an overall wonderful experience being a patient. They made sure my teeth were in great shape. I even had braces for over 3 years and my teeth have not looked better!
Had a great experience here. They answered all questions I had and was patient with me. Got a cavity filled and looks like new! Staff was friendly and Dr. Tran did a great job with me.
I had a worst experience with these guys anyone can ever think of. They are really unprofessional the staff and the supervisor. I cancelled my appointment couple of times because of my school then one day I had a severe toothache couldn't bare it all I called them and explained my situation and needed treatment asap in reply they told me they don't have a doctor available so I went to the other close by dentists clinic they took care of it even though I had to pay out of my pocket l. I have insurance and all legal coverage which pays this store for each treatment they are now calling me to get cleaning treatment but charging me for cancellation for the pervious appointment. They hung up on me couple of times when I requested to talk to their supervisor he got on the phone and acted extremely unprofessional even the other lady started being racist I don't know who was she I even asked for her job description but she clearly refused and started threatening me that she going to call cops on me "lol". Her words were "get out of my store " how professional does that sound.
If you have not visited here yet and looking for a dentist, I cannot recommend this practice enough! The staff is so friendly and make sure you are taken care of each time. My sister usually feels very uncomfortable and intimidated by most doctors but she is surprisingly very comfortable with Dr. Tran. 5 stars for sure
