The absolute worst experience my family has had with a funeral home. They were rude and insensitive, and had an attitude on more than one occasion with multiple family members while we were trying to finalize arrangements. Among the many issues we had with this company, they nearly knocked all of the floral arrangements over while wheeling out the casket after the service. Instead of an apology, we watched as the young woman who was helping smirked as she struggled to push the casket down the aisle. If I could give zero stars I would. PLEASE for your sanity and peace of mind do not use this pathetic excuse for a funeral home.
OMG...the staff was very rude and unprofessional to my cousin's children. I have never been in that type of situation. I'm not sure what the problem was but I do understand that people have bad days but in saying that, nothing excuses rudeness and unprofessionalism. Sometimes you can't support the small African American owned businesses because of experiences such as this. You all need get some Sensitivity Training!!
This funeral home is absolutely terrible. They messed up every single detail of what we asked for from when the cremation was to be finished through to where the death certificates were to be sent. They actually sent the death certificates to a non-family member of the deceased even though they had the names and addresses of the parties to whom the certificates should have been sent. The secretarial staff was rude and unhelpful. I strongly suggest you use another funeral home, this one is extraordinarily unreliable.
Ive done two funerals in less than one month and Ms Greene and staff was awesome I would recommend this funeral service to anyone
