Went in to find an unusual tool; i was at a conference art related, and needed to alter my work a bit.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Much better than walking into home depot where you can't find anyone to ask for help.
Charming place and all three staff people i dealt with were kind and helpful.
I went here to get a single key cut. The key was cut incorrectly and did not work. Moreover, I was made to wait at least ten minutes before the gentleman behind the counter called for someone to assist me. I was not impressed.
Everyone is helpful, but not too helpful! Beats the big guys anytime.
