The staff was very comforting and supportive. It came to me as a pleasant shock to be treated with dignity and compassion.
Let me tell you and i'm going to brag about my experience at this place. Before i walked into this place i went to two of the worst abortion clinics in the whole state of Virginia. I had to walk out due to how the place looked and the staff with the most ugliest customer service. By time i walked into this place, the environment was clean and the staff really took me by my hand and made me feel comfortable with this hard decision i was making at the time. The staff was very nurturing and caring and they get the job done fast and your out of there. I don't support abortions, i don't. but for personal reasons i had to make my decision and im glad i made my decision with this clinic. Please ladies if your scared and don't know what to do, come here! this place is great for taking care of us women on hard decisions like this.. Thanks Alexandria Women's Health Clinic!
By far the best group of providers and staff I've come across during my pregnancy. They were always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way possible at each visit. The staff is outstanding. I have never had such great experiences in a doctor's office before with timeliness and efficiency of the staff. They were always prompt and polite to return phone calls as well. Dr. Lafleur is an excellent physician and I highly recommend her to anyone expecting.
First of all, making this decision is so hard to begin with, but the staff at Alexandria Women's Health Clinic are so compassionate and made me feel so comfortable through out the whole process. I was beyond impressed with my experience at this clinic. Alexandria Women's Health Clinic provides a clean, safe, understanding, sympathetic and a private practice environment. They were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations.
If you are looking around for an OB/GYN office this is honestly the best.
