Lyons Contracting replaced our old asphalt roof in a little over a days work. Tom came out and assessed the quality of our roof and didn't pressure us to replace but gave an honest assessment. The only hiccup we had was with our cable connection (which ran next to a bunch of old satellite dish wires on the roof), but when comcast wouldn't go up and reconnect, Tom dropped everything and came over within 5 minutes and took care of it. Very much appreciated. Great work and exceptional responsiveness. Highly recommend.
Just had Lyons Contracting replace our 25-year-old roof in Del Ray. Lyons wasn't the lowest estimate but we thought it the best. Tom's crew did a great job. It didn't come in on budget but we knew going into it that there might be additional wood that would need to be replaced on the roof and we're satisfied with the additional charges for the additional work. The weather didn't cooperate but his team worked around nature and did a great job. Lyons installed my roof in 2015, and it was a great experience! I've had no trouble since. Tom was especially nice to come over and put a patch on the roof while I was in the queue for replacement, because there was a big storm coming and I was afraid of more water damage in my house. Two years after the initial installation, Tom came back to install a vent for a bathroom fan. He is kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and very responsive!
