The self wash dog center is great and always fully stocked. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The only recommendation I would gave is for a coat rack in the dog wash room.
This is a boutique version of Petco. The best thing about this place is their self-service dog wash for only $10. They provide the tub, cleaning supplies, towels, and dryer. This is helpful for someone like me that has trouble washing my bath-hating dog in my bathtub.
Their customer service is great and they have a nice stock of product for a small Petco. I showed up on Thanksgiving eve 5 minutes after close because I had just gotten back from a 2 week business trip and my roommate did not get my cats food, and they let me in to buy my cats a bag of food so they wouldn't go hungry. I'll be eternally grateful. Thank you Unleashed!!!!! You have a lifelong customer!
Great for cats and dogs. Highly dissatisfied with their small animal section, all crammed together and only 1 or 2 items for guinea pigs, fish, and birds. I know y'all are a smaller store (dog/cat focused) but the amount you guys carry for small pets is laughable and shameful . You'd be better off not having that section at all because it's not even filled with quality items.
