The staff was very friendly, helpful, and honest. They were up front, didn't try to over sell any of the equipment, and offered knowledge and tips throughout the entire session. I was allowed to test ride multiple bikes to find the right fit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, beginner or otherwise.

Bend of the shop twice cause are specialized dealer. Wonder what it takes to get somebody to actually step out behind the counter offer their seat to help you? Don't bother asking them for their opinion about anything that isn't a brand new bike and the $2500 range. Funny when you asked the salesman claims that 25 years selling specialized what's the difference between a five-year-old specialized stumpjumper and a new stumpjumper is he goes blank. Bottom line if you're buying a bike or are looking to buy a bike find another shop. In addition good luck trying to find a parking space in there five space parking lot.
Let me fill my tire with air for free and without harassing me about buying anything. I found out my tube had a leak and they were happy to take care of it and even did other minor maintenance for free. Great customer service and very nice people.
We went in this evening with only an idea of what we were looking for. The staff was amazingly helpful with narrowing down the bike that we truly needed and even had us “test drive” them to make sure it was comfortable and the proper fit for its intended use. They made sure to stay within our price range too. They even said if we have any issues that we can bring it back and have it serviced at no cost. I would definitely recommend this shop and we were so glad it was the one we chose for getting our bike!
