Allan and Andy were extremely courteous and professional. I have a new bike, new saddle, new everything and I wasn't sure where to start with my adjustments. Allan explained exactly what he was doing and why. Then he moved my saddle using a small torque ratchet to be sure that it was tightened correctly. I rode 40 happy miles today and I will visit the shop again.
It's a small bike shop just a block from the Mount Vernon Trail. It's affordable to rent bikes for a day and the shop knows their stuff. Besides, biking is the best way to see this area!
Shopping for a replacement bike saddle was quick and easy. However I didn't realise that the question "would you like me to stick it on for you?" would result in a $10 labor charge for a job that I would have happily done myself in a few minutes. My gentle complaint got a rude fob off. Beware of unexpected charges!

I definitely recommend this place. I've been there just today for adjusting brakes and wheels. Many thanks to Alan for saving my bike, it was done fast, like friendly atmosphere there and moreover the Reasonable price. I stopped by nearby Velocity before and they gonna charge me more than double price I paid at Wheel Nuts.
