Small. Out dated. Over priced. Layout doesn't make sense. If more than 3 people in the weight area it feels crowded and no place to move around. The gym atmosphere/vibe is just terrible. Route 1 Golds is way better and it's cheaper.

Be aware, my wife wanted to give this place a try. They mislead the costumers and they said she can try and see if she likes it, and she can cancel. She tried one of their classes and did not like it, we tried to cancel the membership but they are saying we can cancel only if it falls under certain categories!!! So for a single class we are paying a full year membership and they don’t explain any of this when you sign up. And customer service in their website does not exist! Do yourself a favor and go to another gym which hopefully will be more customer friendly. If I could give this place 0 star I would!

Good service, good variety of equipment. They have to give better maintenance to their equipment.

This gym was my favorite because the members and staff are very friendly. Ironically I'm never coming back here again because the General Manager, Andy, is rude. I've given him many chances to "greet" me and my workout buddy and he doesn't! He stays silent or ignores you. No joke! Even when he is alone at the desk! I just bought a drink from him and said "How are you?" He doesn't look me in the eyes nor does he say anything except "You want this on your account?" (Very rude and abrupt). Then he doesn't even ask me if I want a receipt or thanks me he just hands over my keys and bottle back to me after scanning them.

They have a ton of equipment but the way it is organized is nonsensical. There's no area to use the functional equipment. I worked out at an off peak time and it still managed to get relatively crowded. I came on a trial pass, the first day was fine. The second day I returned and had a less than impressive encounter with the general manager, whom was too wrapped up in a personal conversation to offer me any real answers to the questions I asked. This guy was so rude and unapproachable I left without further consideration of membership there. It's pretty unfortunate because this is the closest gym to me.

What this GM doesn't know is not only was I a "Hospitality Teacher" but also former Fitness Manager at another Gold's so I'm fully aware of the high customer service required for ALL employees, ESPECIALLY the General Manager. He may be an angry person but I could care less--I am a paying GUEST and you are required to be nice to me. The Front Desk and the Operations Manager are so friendly they need to train their boss! You may be the GM but you're "help" to me...AS IF!
