Select Auto Imports has a very fine collection of cars and extremely friendly and professional team. We had some financing problems. The financing department and the sales team worked tirelessly to get our deal approved. The whole experience was wonderful and the best I've ever had in the area.I recommend them 100%.
I purchased a 2015 Mercedes Benz S550 Sedan from Auto Imports and Ali was my salesman. I was fortunate to meet the Manager and several of the people. These folks are personal and professional. In the case of the Manager, he was also very generous in his offer for my trade-in. Ali is nice and unshakeable. He bravely went where my husband wouldn't and test drove with me. He didn't jump every time I sped or travelled too close to other cars. Ali has nerves of steel. My experience with this company and its' leadership and employees was exemplary. If you are in the market or just thinking about purchasing a vehicle, check this place out first. You will not regret your decision.
No Hassle!
My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism we encountered at Select Auto Imports. Our salesman, Ali, asked questions and listened intently to our answers. He showed us several beautiful cars and helped us make a wonderful selection: a beautiful Mercedes with just a few miles on it, a gorgeous custom color and sunroof. It was much more luxurious than we expected at a price that was less than we expected.
Best of all, we left feeling very satisfied that we found the perfect car for us, without the usual unpleasant experience that typically accompanies a new or used car purchase. This was truly a pleasure!
I was looking for a car but I didn't think I was going to buy a vehicle that day. Nelson Flores saw me in the parking lot. I explained to him what I was looking for. He said WE HAVE THAT! He was pleasant, polite, and did not hassle me. He made me feel so comfortable I purchased the car before I drove it. Terry (the finance lady) treated me like I was her daughter. She explained to me the process and even brought something to my attention that was on my credit report that I wasn't aware of. Terry was personable and really made the experience great. She took her time going through the options without delaying the process. Nelson & Terry made the buying experience pleasurable. I will use Select Auto Imports again.

So where do I start. Ali is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and responsible auto sales person, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are in the market for a luxury exotic car, then you really have just one place to go, and one person to ask for. Ali was awesome. I am sure everyone else there is terrific, so I can only speak to my experience with Ali, but trust me, he's the real deal. Then working with Maribeth, to get the paperwork, and financing complete, she was absolutely fantastic. First time I have ever sat down to do the paperwork, and financing, and felt like my requirements were the only options she presented. She was fantastic. We will be back for our next car without a doubt!
