Rude staff
Their automatic car wash does a good job of cleaning the car and there is an attendant that sprays it before entering the wash to get tough dirt. I recommend it.
Poor customer service
I asked three times for them to vacuum the trunk because I paid the $18 for interior cleaning. They said they did vacuum the trunk and it was very busy so I pulled out without checking. OF course when I got home it wasn't vacuumed. The guys are very nice and the car looked great but the windows could have been better I have to redo those because there are so many streaks. Not worth the money for the interior but the exterior was great.

Doesn't even clean the car thoroughly
Too expensive for the quality of work. My car is "clean" for the most part but some areas (i.e. Windshield/windows ) still show streaks and bug leftovers. Yes it was quick but a little more attention to detail would be appreciated for $28
Quick in and out for rental Denali that I put 3500 miles on Safari to SD. It was DIRTY!! Paid $20 extra for interior to be cleaned. Job was passable but lead worker groused about doing the work. "Usually we just vacuumed and wipe dash. We just did it because we we're slow and didn't want to send it out looking this bad" Thought that was weak considering it was just dusty. Don't expect a detail job. The tip would have been much bigger if they would have wiped the seats down and not complained.
