Booked an express wash and interior detail with steam clean. I spoke with the technician and stressed that the interior was what I was most concerned with. Was told it would take an hour so I decided to wait on my car. Overall it took about 1.5 hours. When I went to inspect my car there were still crumbs in the door and dirt on the floor. When I pointed it out to the technician he readily vacuumed again, however when I went to pay I asked about their full detail package and was rudely told that for my pickiness the least they could do it for was $200. I asked him what he meant and he said "we already spent more than 1 hour on your car, then extended more time because you asked us to vacuum more". They actually blamed me for the 1.5 hours they took. I was taken aback that this place thinks they can charge $80 for a car wash and vacuum and then be snotty when a paying customer points out areas that were obviously missed. These were loose crumbs not ground in dirt, easily vacuumed. Will happily take my business elsewhere and suggest others do the same. 2 stars because the exterior wash service was really good, just wish they took the same care with the interior and that they actually cared about the customer. This place is not trying for repeat customers.
This car wash usually does a great job the first time. Everything is done by hand, which I love.
Great hand wash service. They really pay attention to details, are flexible, and the price is great for the value. The staff is great, especially the manager.
First. The customer reception could be improved. I found the place but was a bit confused as to where to go and where the office area was. The service is fast and, as always, you get what you pay for. Satisfied witht the work but not crazy about it.
