A bit on the pricier side but you can tell the quality is there. The staff wasn’t all over us, but like any sales driven business, they are gonna approach you. Delivery wasn’t the best. They gave a choice on the day, but as for time, it’s a three hour window that they pick. The warehouse is in Baltimore and I had to be home from 9-12 to receive. That’s the only reason it’s not five stars.
Met with Traci at La-Z-Boy store in Kingstown, VA shopping center yesterday. Traci was very pleasant and helpful in finding the right chair. She is a new employee, but I'm sure she will become one of the top sales persons. After bringing my wife in later to see if everything was to her liking (after all, it's her Christmas present), we decided on another chair, but all the changes were made quickly and efficiently. On sale price was right. Wife loves her Christmas chair.
We were free to try all the furniture without salespeople breathing down our backs. When we were ready to buy we received immediate assistance, got the styles and colors we wanted at the advertised sale price. Overall a good experience.

They let us wander through the store looking and testing each model without any pressure. When we had questions they were very helpful and informative. Once we were close to a decision, Mr. Anukari was there to help us. He is very knowledgeable and courteous, and we enjoyed our experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience at your showroom, and are eagerly looking forward to receiving our "Christmas present" to ourselves!
