They had exactly what I needed to finish out my semi-furnished apartment. Delivery was reasonably priced and super easy. Docking a star for finding broken merchandise all over the store, they don't have a return/warranty policy so if there's something wrong and you didn't see it, you would be SOL. It was often unclear that there was something wrong with the item unless carefully inspected. (Hidden fracture on chair arm that wasn't noticed unless you leaned to the side on the chair. ) I get the as-is with what was essentially an 'outlet store' but they should have better controls in place with what actually goes on the floor.

The entire staff we interacted with were awesome! One in particular, Charlotte is so personable and was extremely helpful! The store has a great selection of furniture. We found pieces that fit our contemporary style. Definitely take a look.

I had a great experience with Charlotte yesterday. She was friendly, helpful and was able to get me through a dilemma on a buying decision of a Ligne Roset reproduction piece with a few flaws. She was able to work with me to make it an overall great experience and feel like I still got a valuable piece at a good deal whose reproduction is no longer made.
