Stayed for one night and it was fine. Gym smelled very musty. Internet was a little slow. Pillows were a little dirty.
Helpful and very friendly staff ready to help you out with anything you might need.
I arrived at approximately 5 PM and my room was not ready, HOWEVER the staff provided me with a significant amount of complimentary snacks and food (including hot dogs!) for the night. I very much appreciated the high degree of customer service I was given. The facilities are practically spotless.
We had excellent accommodations and a very restful stay. Teshia, executive housekeeper, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit.
One of the kindest experiences I have had at a hotel. They let me check into a room early after having laser eye surgery and let me stay past check out as I was waiting for my wife to arrive to continue recovery. The room was very nice and clean for a cheaper rate in the area. But, the staff was the best part.
Nice large rooms. Floors could use some insulation as I heard the kids soccer team above me running around at all hours of the night.
