Modern, aesthetically pleasing accomodations. Superb customer service. Excellent restaurant in hotel with exceptional service. I don't know her name, but the girl with longer, brown hair, was phenomenal. She was so helpful and made it very clear I was a priority, even though I was picking up food to go that time - (this was on 10.16.17, hopefully her manager sees this!)
Nice hotel located in quiet area of Alexandria. Close to Old town and uber ride to DC. Good quality for the money. Parking is extra. There is also public parking around the corner. Close enough to some fast food restaurants
Very nice hotel and cleanly. We're staying here for a conference event so we're mostly in the hotel all day using 7 of the conference rooms. Not many amenities though, and the restaurant closes for food at 11. There aren't many places around the hotel to grab food, especially no late night stuff. There's a whole foods within walking distance but no microwave at the hotel for hot meals. If you're coming here on business and are mobile I would recommend this hotel!
The Westin hotel in Alexandria. Apparently, they have a continuing problem with the hot water and boiler. Not having hot water for a morning shower can be a major deficiency for a hotel. Also, the lock on my door did not work. A nice hotel restaurant. No pool. Decent work out area. Very comfortable beds and refrigerators in room.
The Westin is located in the heart of Alexandria's newer developments. I was there for a conference, and the main room we used can easily accommodate several hundred people. Also, the food provided by the hotel was excellent (perhaps because the conference was about nutrition and cancer). The staff was extremely helpful and polite!
