Staff was polite and friendly, the room was clean with a nice view. Wedding reception that was held there was lovely, both food and ambiance. On the downside, we had to wait 15-20 for an elevator every time; shuttle service was unreliable picking relatives up from the airport, they were told a pickup time and had to wait an hour longer. I tried to drink water from the tap but couldn't stomach seeing large specks of who knows what. Not a bad stay, but enough little things that I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
The rock hard beds is what killed it for me! If you can't sleep then what is the point in throwing away $184. Never again
My husband and I chose to stay here on a day trip. We researched many hotels and we're very pleased with our choice. Our room was nice & clean. Exactly as it looked online. We also really enjoyed the amenities with the exception of not having a microwave in our room. There was a nice coffee system and mini fridge area but would love to have had a microwave. The views were fantastic from the 16th floor. We reserved our room for the first time adding the breakfast at a discounted price. I was not really clear on how it worked after asking the front desk clerk and the waitress. I think it was a language barrier, but I strongly recommend adding this feature when reserving. The cost is at an incredible discount for two and was more than enough to choose from. We had linens, but did not have any washcloths and that was quickly fixed. Everyone was very polite. We were also very pleased with how helpful the clerk was with her assistance with a late check out. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again.
Nice view and great service at the restaurant. Eric was wonderful ! The breakfast buffet was cool and they had happy hour from 4-7 and the calamari was very fresh! My son ordered a $20 Bison burger that was absolutely horrible and dry.
We always stay at this Hilton location. The rooms are always clean, the staff/valet are always friendly and go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We are always pleased with our stay and so far, haven't had any major issues with any of our stays. We did have a minor issue checking out. The computer systems were being updated and due to a glitch in the system, I was over charged two of the three nights that we stayed. Angie at the front desk was SUPER helpful and polite while trying to figure out and correct the issue. She was able to correct the issue in a timely manor and was very apologetic about the glitch. I definitely would will be back to this location in the near future and will recommend this location to all of my friends.
This place was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It squeaked and so did my sons. The water was cold, we could not take a proper shower, the water was cold within 3 min. The elevators were malfunctioning, it would select multiple floors without anyone pressing the buttons they would light up on their own. My son was freaking out. He broke out into a sweat because he's seen horror storie online about elevators malfunctioning
The Venue for Women's Conference gave just the space to provide Vendors Sales and the location on the restroom to try on which made buying their merchandise a Hit! Three servings of meals for the day was mouth watering! And that Bed just sucked me in and I didn't want to get up. The Shower was so relaxing. That room could have been my cave to hibernate for the weekend! I will return and do just that! Thank you so much!
